$375+hst Rental Fee
$7.50 per person

Price includes:

• Private use of 1 auditorium for the duration of the length of the movie
• Select from our available movies on the date of your rental OR bring your own film!

Availability:

• Any morning; bookings are made to ensure no overlapping of guests, please coordinate with us to ensure the best day/time is selected
• Rental must conclude before operating hours; generally between Noon-1pm depending on day.
• *please note that a general timeframe is provided during the booking process. And only confirmed the Tuesday prior to your event. While we understand this is difficult to plan around, it is essential to allow us to guarantee no overlap in your private event with our public showtimes
• Specific auditoriums not guaranteed, though we will work to accommodate requests when possible
• Rental to last for “duration of film” or up to 2 hours in length

• Movie start times to be coordinated to ensure proper spacing between guests and general public

Pre-order & Pre-Pay, available options:

Mini Combo $6.00 (16oz fountain drink + 46oz popcorn)

Small Combo $7.00 (24oz fountain drink + 84oz popcorn)

Medium Combo $9.00 (32oz fountain drink + 130oz popcorn)

Coffee/Tea $2.65+hst per cup 

Coffee Self-Serve $16.00+hst per small urn (serves 8 small cups or 6 large cups)

Selecting a movie: 

• Due to Studio restrictions and changes to release schedules, we are not able to 100% guarantee a film until the Tuesday morning when our contracts are signed with each studio
• Upon selecting a date for your event, we will do our best to provide a list of possible movie options. 

Other additions may be accommodated at possible additional cost, please inquire! These packages are available for a limited time only. Please note these details and prices are subject to change.

Event cancellations, when requested a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event, will be refunded less an administration charge of 25% of the rental fee. 

Cancellations requested after the 2 week deadline will receive a CREDIT for future booking, less an administration charge of 25% of the rental fee. No refunds are provided after the 2 week deadline, only credits.
