You may be seeing charges on your credit card statements now for purchases made as far back as mid-August; please note you are NOT being double charged ⚠️
We have discovered that since sometime this summer, our credit card processor has failed to process a large number of credit card transactions (This includes in-person purchases). We spoke with our merchant provider yesterday and they are working on it. Please know that these charges are real charges from a visit to Film.Ca in the noted timeframe. Our guests received their product(s) from these authorized charges, but unfortunately, the charge was not finalized/deposited.
As a result, SOME charges during this period were sitting in our system NOT processed or charged to guest’s cards. If you are one of the affected guests and wish for more information, please email us at email@example.com or message us here on Facebook and we can provide you with the details of the charge. We are demanding answers from our provider as this is unacceptable.
