IMPORTANT NOTICE TO GUESTS WHO PURCHASED TICKETS ONLINE BETWEEN OCTOBER 28 AND DECEMBER 21, 2017
You may be seeing charges on your credit card statements now for tickets that were purchased as far back as October 28, 2017; please note you are NOT being double charged. Our point of sale software company updated their software and “broke” the process that submitted online credit card charges for payment at the end of each business day and it was only noticed and fixed December 22, 2017. As a result, all charges during this, almost two month, period were sitting in our system NOT processed or charged to guest’s cards.
