We are proud to partner with OFFA (Oakville Festivals of Film and Art) and Sheridan College to present the first in a Fall screening series of notable Canadian films, featuring Sheridan Alumni!

First up in this series is the comedy Defining Moments by Unionville Director/Writer/Producer Stephen Wallis, about people at different stages of their lives and the often difficult decisions they make.

Jack must decide to spend the rest of his life with his girlfriend, Terri. Marina must reconnect with her aging father. Laurel must come to terms with her father’s Alzheimer’s disease. A snapshot of several families thrust into their defining moments.

Defining Moments has a strong Oakville connection! Local Producer/Director Russ De Jong was the cinematographer on the film, and will join a Q&A to discuss the making of the film, along with Dialogue Editor and Sheridan Alumni Matthew Hearne.

The screening is on September 29th at our cinema! Tickets are $12.99 and are available at film.ca/trailer/defining-moments/
