IMPORTANT NOTICE TO GUESTS WHO MADE PURCHASES ONLINE VIA THEIR CREDIT CARD

You may be seeing charges on your credit card statements now for purchases made leading up to our re-opening; please note you are NOT being double charged.

We have discovered that our credit card processor has failed to process some credit card transactions (This only includes online purchases). We have spoken with our merchant provider and the charges should be processed shortly. Please know that these charges are real charges from a visit to Film.Ca in the noted timeframe. Our guests received their product(s) from these authorized charges, but unfortunately, the charge was not finalized/deposited.

As a result, SOME charges during this period were sitting in our system NOT processed or charged to guest’s cards. We are demanding answers from our provider as this is unacceptable.
