For OAKVILLE Birthday Parties, please fill out THIS FORM and drop it off at the Cinema (there is a mailbox beside the boxoffice for non-operational hours), or fax the form to (905) 338-6284.

For BURLINGTON Birthday Parties, please fill out THIS FORM and drop it off at the Cinema (it can be slid into the boxoffice during non-operational hours).

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING YOUR PARTY WITH US:

Important Notes When Booking Your Party With ENCORE CINEMAS:

  • Movie ShowTimes are scheduled weekly and therefore cannot be guaranteed until the week of your party. The upcoming week’s schedule generally comes out each Tuesday evening.
  • The use of any source of open flame or combustion is prohibited on our premises (this includes, but is not limited to, candles). Failure to comply will result in cancellation of party and ejection from premises. Should fire alarm be activated due to failure to comply, you will be held liable for any charges imposed by the Local Fire Department as well as any damages and/or losses incurred by Film.ca Inc.
  • All Parties MUST be paid for in advance (date determined when confirming party). Failure to pay by date cancels your booking with us (room is given to next guest waiting) and you will be charged with regular guest prices should you wish to still attend your movie
  • Party Reservation is done on a first come, first served basis. Drop off or, for Oakville parties, fax in this booking form to begin the process.
    Please note: Location Party Coordinators make phone calls on specific dates ONLY (times at their discretion). Check your specific Booking Form for details.

  • All guests enjoying the movie must pay the appropriate admission
  • Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the theatre complexes however feel free to bring your own Birthday Cake to be enjoyed as part of the Ultimate Party package! Plates are not provided
  • Group size limits depend upon the capacity of the party room or theatre available for your preferred party date.

The Movie Party (OAKVILLE)

  • Movie Parties must be confirmed prior to and PAID for by the Thursday before the party
  • $11.50 (Option 1) or $13.00 (Option 2) per child (inc all taxes)
  • Movie of your choice (from our current schedule, to be selected the week of the party)
  • Option 1 for small appetites: Kids Combo for each child, including popcorn, drink and candy OR
  • Option 2 for larger appetites: a Small Drink and Small Popcorn for each child
  • No minimums for this option. One adult per 8 children required.
  • Seating is not reserved for this party package, so please remember to come early to get your seats

The Ultimate Party Room Package (Oakville)

  • Ultimate Parties must be booked at least one week prior, and PAID for the Thursday before the party
  • $15.50 per child (inc all taxes)

Includes:

  • Child’s admission and Kids Combo for each child, including popcorn, drink and candy (can be upgraded to a Small Drink and a Small Popcorn for an additional $1.50 per child)
  • Use of Party Room for 1 hour before or after your movie (dependent on availability and preferences)
  • Complimentary coffee for adult supervisors while in party room (please request when booking)
  • 3pitchers of your choice of fountain beverage while in party room
  • Movie of your choice (from our current schedule, to be selected the week of the party)
  • Reserved seating in the auditorium
  • Minimum of 8 children, Maximum of 20 children. One adult per8 children required to be accompanying the children at all times

Additions: Extra $3 per child – add 2 slices of pizza per child.  Plates provided.  Pizza cannot be delivered before noon

The Movie Party (BURLINGTON)

The Ultimate Party (Burlington)

Make your birthday special by renting out our Burlington cinema. Encore Cinemas Burlington is the perfect venue for parties, presentations or meetings.

$10.00 per child, plus $250+HST for the theatre rental

Includes:

  • The whole theatre complex all to yourselves!
    Bookings for this option are only available during NON-operating hours.
  • Movie of your choice (from our current schedule, to be selected the week of the party)
  • Kids Combo for each child, including popcorn, drink and candy (can be upgraded to a Small Drink and a Small Popcorn for an additional $1.50 per child)
  • Theatre for cake and gift opening for an hour before or after your movie
  • Complimentary coffee for adult supervisors (please request when booking)
  • Minimum of 8 children. One adult per 8 children required
